Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is a hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress; and, to promote health and wellness using a combination of relaxation and advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.

Treatments aim to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical functioning, relieve or prevent physical dysfunction and pain as well as enhance the well being of the client. It can have a number of effects on the body by acting directly on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems and can increase metabolism, pain management and, at the same time, decrease healing time.
